We do require the following to qualify as a Mother Earth Labs Professional Wholesale Partner.
The requirements to participate in this program for Health Professionals are;
- A copy of your Professional License, Degree, or Certification in a health-related field (required)
- Copy of valid up to date Business License (preferred)
- Website Address (preferred)
You can email these documents to our Director of Professional Services, Dr. Stuart Hoover, at drhoover@motherearthlabs.com
Once completed and we have received the required documents, Dr. Hoover will contact you within 24 hours with your account information and answer any questions you may have about the program or our products.
If you are just looking for products for personal use, you do not need an account to order products. You can visit www.terrapurelabs.com and place your retail order online.
